Whether you are using ZipForm, DocuSign, Dotloop, or another process to manage your forms and get signatures, you will use Command to add and submit compliance documents to your Market Center for approval.
COMMISSIONS IN COMMAND
Within Command, Keller Williams is replacing the Greensheet process with the new Commissions section in an Opportunity, where you will detail the commission disbursement for a transaction and submit this to your Market Center.
Launch Coaching will be responsible for holding members accountable to the Market Center compliance standards and expectations through bi-weekly workshops addressing skills, knowledge, and info needed to be a successful agent. Coaches will help each agent establish their goals and Launch the programs expectations. They are available to offer advice, resources, and feedback to help new agents best serve their clients/customers and run a successful business.
At Keller Williams, we like to think of Productivity Coaching (PC) as the vehicle that helps our agents to bridge the divide between understanding what it takes to succeed in real estate and actually doing it. Once a week group coaching takes place Thursday from 9:00AM-10:30AM. Productivity Coaching consists of rotating topics surrounding current Real Estate scenarios and scripts focused on objection handlers to help launch you into production and make you a master at your craft.
